Hoola is the ideal tool to collaborate with your team, but to do so... first we have to invite them as agents.

<aside> 💡 Remember that your package has a default number of free agents.

If you add more agents than you have available, the additional agents will be automatically charged to your usual payment method after 24h.

If you reduce the volume of agents during your billing cycle, the change will be effective on your next invoice.

1. Go to "Agents" page

The first thing you need to do is to go to your agents' management section:

2. Invite new agents

To add new agents, just click on the "+ Add New User" button.

When clicked, a drop-down menu will open to fill in the information of the new agent to be added:

Enter your partner's data and click submit:

Invited colleagues will receive an email confirmation:

They accept the invitation, and that's it!

3. Delete or suspend your agents

To delete agents, just click on the trash button.
