Your business profile is all the information that your customers will see on your WhatsApp profile when they write to you. It is essential to make sure that it correctly represents your business and is easily recognizable to avoid being blocked or marked as spam.

If you add more agents than you have available, the additional agents will be automatically charged to your usual payment method after 24h.

The first thing you need to do is to access your Facebook account. All profile changes will be made directly from there:
Go to Facebook Manager → Settings (this link).
In the left panel click on: Accounts → WhatsApp Accounts
Select the account you want to edit
In the dropdown that opens on the right, scroll to the bottom and click on WhatsApp Manager.
It's going to direct you to a new tab where you'll need to select the WhatsApp number you want to make the profile changes for.
On the next page, you have to go to the "Profile" tab.

Profile Photo: allows you to edit your profile picture
Display Name: the name displayed on your account
